I forgot my PIN. How can I re-set this?

If you’ve forgotten your PIN, you can recover and access the account by logging out of the app, and then logging back in. 

To log out, click on the Settings cog in the top-right corner of the home page. Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click Log Out. 

Once you reach the Welcome screen, click on the login button and enter your account username and password. If you’ve forgotten your login password, you can always recover it using the Forgot Password link on the login page. 

Once you’re back into your account, your default account setting will turn the PIN off.
